HOW TO AMEND A LEARNER ACCOUNT

Single Learner Accounts

  1.  LOGIN to the learner account that is no longer required
  2. Change the NAME,  EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD on the account to the new learner, using the ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS‘ link in the MY LEARNER ACCOUNT section.
  3. Your new learner may then Login to the course using the new details.

Please note. An exam submission should not be made by a NEW learner, without firstly UPDATING the account details in the EXAM CHECK LIST section.

Multiple (Group) Learner Accounts

  1. In this case learners accounts may be amended as described above or removed and replaced with another learner account.
  2.  To REMOVE a learner please follow the learner REMOVAL PROCEDURE.
