Single Learner Accounts
- LOGIN to the learner account that is no longer required
- Change the NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD on the account to the new learner, using the ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS‘ link in the MY LEARNER ACCOUNT section.
- Your new learner may then Login to the course using the new details.
Please note. An exam submission should not be made by a NEW learner, without firstly UPDATING the account details in the EXAM CHECK LIST section.
Multiple (Group) Learner Accounts
- In this case learners accounts may be amended as described above or removed and replaced with another learner account.
- To REMOVE a learner please follow the learner REMOVAL PROCEDURE.
