responsibility of Environmental Health Officers to ensure that food handlers are compliant with the\u00a0Food safety Act 1990 which states that Food handlers should\u00a0receive appropriate training in the correct handling and processing of foods.<\/p>\n<p>The Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene For Catering course is structured in a modular form to allow both new and experienced food handlers to
