All learners will receive <strong>individual<\/strong> course access when assigned user accounts from the group <\/em>&#8211; User accounts cost \u00a310+VAT per learner.<\/p>\n<h6>How to purchase<\/h6>\n<p>Multiple Learner Enrolment.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/food-safety.org.uk\/courses\/product\/level-2-food-safety-and-hygiene-for-catering-course\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SIGN UP<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in the top menu bar.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the number of user accounts required in the registration box.<\/li>\n<li>Click <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ADD TO CART<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>CART<\/strong> page ensure that the number of user accounts required has been correctly entered.<\/li>\n<li>Click <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>CHECKOUT<\/strong> page enter the Bill Payer&#8217;s<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>details.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the payment method and tick the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <\/strong><\/span>box.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>PROCEED TO PAYMENT<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Once payment is completed you will receive an email with <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>login<\/strong><\/span> details for your FREE <strong>Group Leader account<\/strong>.\u00a0 Your purchased user account credits will be automatically added to the group and may be assigned to named learners from here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><strong>Do learners have to be enrolled immediately\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>No.\u00a0 User accounts purchased under the group option are initially added as credits to the group and will remain dormant indefinitely until they are used for learner registration.\u00a0 They will never expire.<\/p>\n<h6>Enrolling your learners &#8211; 90-day licence<\/h6>\n<p>Group Leaders may assign user accounts to named learners from their control panel.\u00a0 Login details are then sent automatically to the learner by email, and thereafter the learner&#8217;s access is for 90 days from the date they are registered.\u00a0 The Level 2 course is 3 hours in duration.<\/p>\n<h6>How do learners access the course<\/h6>\n<p>Learners will receive individual login details by email,\u00a0 immediately following their registration by the Group Leader.\u00a0 Learner progress can be monitored from the Group Leader accountn?t<\/p>\n<h6>Can a Group Leader take the course<\/h6>\n<p>Yes.\u00a0 If a Group Leader wishes to take the course they should assign a user account to their name from the <strong>GROUP<\/strong> using a <strong>different<\/strong> email address for their learner account.<\/p>\n<h6>Payment Methods<\/h6>\n<p>Payment options are Card or PayPal and Proforma Invoice for Orders over 5 user accounts.
