To remove a learner from the group who <strong>no longer<\/strong> wishes to participate in the training (within the course licence period).<\/p>\n<h6>What happens<\/h6>\n<p>This will automatically remove the learner from the group and increase the available user registration credits.<\/p>\n<h6>Not to be used<\/h6>\n<p>This facility should <strong>NOT<\/strong> be used if a learner has reported that they have not received login details.\u00a0 On such occasions the Group Leader may use the <strong>RESET PASSWORD<\/strong> button.\u00a0 This will send a password reset email to the learner.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Important.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Once removed, the email address <strong>can not<\/strong> be re-added to the group, as this will link to the previous session which may have expired.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class='ewd-ufaq-faq-custom-fields'>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A The Remove Button The REMOVE\u00a0 button appears next to the name of an enrolled learner who has not yet started the course and is within the 90 day course access licence period.
