The content of the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering course is subjected to regular course approvals by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) and CPD UK (The CPD Certification Service).
During the course assessment process, representatives of these organisations work through the course materials and take the final exam.
