The content of the Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering course has been assessed and assured by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) and CPD (CPD Certification Service).
During the course assessment process representatives of these organisations work through the course materials and take the final exam.
