The RoSPA approved Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering course provides food handlers with comprehensive training and results in a recognised basic food hygiene certificate.

A Level 2 certificate is essential for food handler compliance with the current Food Safety Act.  It is also a valuable component of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan.
