Re-enrol A Learner

To Re-Renrol a learner who has previously taken the Level 2 course with us you must firstly purchase a Renewal Credit .

Following purchase a Renewal (GLR) group will be added to your account.

To re-enrol a learners.

1. Click the GLR group banner.
2. Click the ENROL USER(S) button.
3. Enter the  [First Name] [Last Name] [Email address] of the existing learner.
4. Click the SUBMIT button.
5. A registration email will be sent to the learner with a login link to their existing account.
6. The learner will instantly notice that a new RENEWAL course link is available on the MY ACCOUNT page of their EXISTING account.
7. They may access the RENEWAL course immediately.
